Chris Goins
Vice President
Husband to Ali Goins and father to their three children—Sailor, Suzanna, and Slate. A Destin, Florida native and graduate of the University of Alabama, Chris built his expertise from the ground up, gaining firsthand knowledge of the roofing industry through years of on-site experience. Outside of work, he enjoys quality time with his friends and family, as well as golfing, surfing, and snowboarding.
Ali Goins
Office Manager
Wife to Chris Goins, born in Opp, Alabama and a proud graduate of the University of Alabama. She is a mother to three beautiful children Sailor, Suzanna, and Slate and balances her work as a Florida real estate agent and small-business owner while keeping the office operations of ECR running smoothly. In her spare time, she enjoys relaxing with her family, cheering on the Tide, scuba diving, snow skiing, and indulging in her love of shopping.
Austin Huck
Project Manager
Born and raised in Destin, Florida, a graduate of the University of Tennessee (Go Vols!) He and his wife, Sara, are proud parents to their two children, Miley Grace and Russell. Outside of work he enjoys the beach, dining with family over the gulfs finest seafood, surfing, and golf.
Justin Nuckolls
Project Manager
Justin serves as a Project Manager with Emerald Coast Roofscapes, bringing 12 years of experience in the roofing and construction industry. Born and raised in West Tennessee, his hands on experience and commitment to quality workmanship have made him a trusted professional in his field.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and making the most out of the outdoors. Whether he’s golfing, fishing, or hunting he values the balance of hard work and life experiences.
bryan moore
Project Manager
Bryan Moore serves as a Senior Sales Representative with Emerald Coast Roofscapes, specializing in commercial and residential roofing sales. With more than 20 years in the roofing industry and a background that began as an installer in his early twenties, Bryan brings hands-on technical knowledge to every project. His experience in the field from a young age helps him understand roof systems inside and out, so he has you covered when it comes to spotting details that can impact performance and help prevent issues down the road.
Outside of work, Bryan enjoys spending time with his family. He has been married for 27 years to the world’s greatest redhead, is an amazing father to four grown children, and the proud Grump-pa to five incredible grandbabies. When he is not working, he loves coin collecting, completing DIY projects on his family property, remodeling, and keeping everyone laughing as the family’s resident stand-up comedian.

Production Manager
Rachel Moore serves as Production Manager of Emerald Coast Roofscapes, helping keep roofing projects organized, on schedule, and communication clear from start to finish. Known for her attention to detail and a calm, solutions first approach, she supports both the team and clients to help ensure a smooth, reliable experience on every project.
